Bridgestone tire review

Mounting, Balancing, And Aligning Bridgestone Potenza Sports On My CLA45 AMG

Upgrading my tires and seeing what a proper install actually does.

Bridgestone sent us Potenza Sport tires to review! As you guys know, I drive a lot of cars for work. That means my 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA45 AMG sits around sometimes, and my tires were in bad shape.

We upgraded to Bridgestone Potenza Sport tires and went through the full install from start to finish. That means mounting and balancing the new tires, getting everything properly set up, and finishing with a full alignment so the car drives the way it should. This is the part people skip, but it makes a huge difference in ride quality, handling, and tire wear. Don’t be like me, lol.

If you’re looking at new performance tires or wondering what goes into a proper tire install, this walks through the real process.

As we head into the summer, have you checked on your tires lately? If you’re looking for a great everyday tire, the Potenza Sport is an all-around option for both wet and dry conditions. Bridgestone offers it in more than 130 sizes, and it’s pretty reasonably priced. Plus, they are so quiet on the road.

After spending more than 1,500 miles with them, I can safely say I’ll be sticking with these for many years to come.
